GameGridServers Terms of Service
Please read these terms of service carefully before using our service. They outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and products. Do not order a product or service if you do not agree with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Introduction
Welcome to GameGridServers! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Services Provided
GameGridServers offers Minecraft and game hosting services. These services include, but are not limited to, server rental, maintenance, and support.
3. Eligibility
GameGridServers cannot allow users in the following circumstances:
a) Under the age of 13.
b) Under the age of 18 without parental/legal guardian consent.
c) Barred from receiving services under applicable law.
d) Suspended from using the Site.
e) Lacking valid communication with the website.
f) Flagged by our Anti-Fraud system.
g) Listed on prohibited or restricted parties lists by authorities.
4. User Account
- You must create an account to use our services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Fair Usage Policy
- Our services include unmetered NVMe storage with a soft limit of 150GB, which can be increased upon request.
- All files on the server must be essential to the server's operation.
- Misuse of resources will result in review and potential suspension or termination of your account.
- If your server reaches the soft limit, it will be turned off to prevent exceeding the limit. We recommend contacting us before hitting this limit to avoid any service interruptions.
6. Changes to Terms
GameGridServers reserves the right to modify or replace any part of this Agreement at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Your continued use of or access to our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Check these terms regularly to stay updated.
7. Indemnification and Refusal of Service
You agree to indemnify and hold GameGridServers, its employees, and associates harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate services at our discretion for any violations of our terms, policies, or unlawful activities. Refunds will not be issued for terminated accounts due to policy violations.
8. Payment and Billing
- Payment for services is due in advance.
- We offer various billing cycles, and you are responsible for paying all fees associated with your chosen cycle.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
- You have a 72-hour period from the time of order placement to request a refund.
- Certain services, like add-ons, are non-refundable.
- Refund requests within the initial period are subject to specific conditions and exclusions.
- Invoices are generated 7 days before the service is due. Unpaid invoices will lead to service suspension after 3 days overdue and termination after 7 days overdue. However, this can happen sooner with or without notice.
10. Automatic Billing
- We offer automatic billing via Stripe.
- Added payment methods will be charged on the due date, with multiple attempts following if necessary. Manual payment is your responsibility to avoid service termination.
11. Reinstatement
- Terminated services may be recoverable under specific conditions, but no guarantee is provided.
12. Account Security: You agree to
- Not share your account credentials.
- Take responsibility for actions under your account.
- Maintain account security.
- Report any security flaws or exploits discovered.
13. Account Credit
- Account credit cannot be withdrawn.
- Regular use and monitoring of account credits are encouraged.
14. Affiliate Program
- Affiliate earnings are provided as account credit.
- Certain restrictions apply to promotional activities and the use of affiliate links.
15. MySQL Services
- We offer 1 free MySQL database with all Minecraft servers.
- We do not hold liability for any MySQL data loss or corruption.
- Databases must be used solely for purposes related to your server.
- Additional databases can be purchased, with a maximum of 10 per server.
- The size and storage of MySQL databases are subject to fair usage with a hard limit of 256GB.
16. Minecraft Servers
- RAM is allocated based on the plan ordered, fully available to the server.
- Unlimited slots are provided, but performance may vary based on server load.
- Disk space is unmetered based on fair usage. Misuse may lead to account suspension.
17. Colocation
Access to the data center is restricted to Clients who have purchased half rack and above colocation services. Clients are responsible for the maintenance, setup, and configuration of their own equipment. We aren ot liable for hardware failures or losses related to the Client's equipment. Access to the datacenter is by appointment only and must follow our security protocols at all times. We gaurantee the availability of power and network connectivity as specified in the Client's agreement.

- CD-ROM / External Drive Attach
- Hot-Swap Bay Modifications
- Initial Server Racking / Neat Cabling
Remote Hands Rates:
- Non-Urgent: $125/hr, scheduled for the next data center visit, billed in 15-minute increments.
- Urgent: $200/hr, handled the next day, billed in 1-hour increments.
- Emergency: $250/hr, handled within 30 minutes, billed in 1-hour increments
These remote hands services are available to assist with tasks such as rebooting servers, troubleshooting hardware issues, and other on-site requirements. Requests must be made through the designated support channels.
18. Abuse:
Services found to be abusing may be suspended or terminated without prior warning and refund. Abuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Game Servers: Excessive CPU usage, large backup files, unauthorized access attempts, RAM circumvention, hosting non-Minecraft or non-Game related services without written permission from staff via a support ticket, or using prohibited plugins.
19. Support
- We aim to respond to all tickets within 30 minutes, although complex requests may take longer.
- Repeatedly "bumping" tickets will delay responses. Spamming the ticket system may result in a ban from support.
- We reserve the right to deny support for abusive behavior, including swearing. Persistent issues may result in account termination without a refund.
- Services are unmanaged unless otherwise specified.
20. Support Addons
- Setup addons are non-refundable and non-transferable, applicable only to the server they are purchased for.
- "Advanced Support Addons" are non-refundable and provided "as is."
- Advanced Support requests may be denied if deemed incompatible with your server.
- No support for cracked, nulled, or leaked software/plugins.
- File removals will be confirmed with the user beforehand.
- Cancel Advanced Support by submitting a ticket at least 5 days before the end of the billing period.
21. Backups
Backups are taken every 24 hours for up to 7 days and stored offsite, accessible by opening a support ticket. However, we are not responsible for any data loss or unavailability of backups, and the user agrees to hold GameGridServers harmless from any liability related to such data loss or unavailability.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the State of Florida. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
23. Limitation of Liability
GameGridServers is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, tangible or intangible losses.
